Our Professional Standards

• • Ofsted-regulated:All of our homes operate under the Children’s Homes (England) Regulations 2015and the Quality Standards.
  • Safeguarding at the core:We maintain rigorous safeguarding policies and procedures, ensuring children’s safety and wellbeing atall times.
  • Qualified leadership:Each home is led by a Registered Manager with the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare(or equivalent), supported by a skilled and Go Supports ionate team.
  • Continuous improvement:We welcomefeedback from professionals and use it to strengthen our practice and outcomes.

How We Support Professionals

• • Clear communication:Regular updates, reports, and transparent dialogue with placing authorities and social workers.
  • Regulation 44 & 45 compliance:Independent monthly visits and six-monthly quality of care reviews, shared with Ofsted and stakeholders.
  • Multi-agency collaboration:We work closely with schools, CAMHS, SEN services, and health professionals to ensure holistic care.
  • Tailored care planning:Each child’s plan is developed in partnership with professionals, ensuring their needs, aspirations, and risks are fully addressed
